Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. recently facilitated the sale of 9115 W. Cermak Road, located in the Cook county suburb of North Riverside.

Suburban multifamily broker Derek Kaptanoglu of Essex Realty Group, Inc. was the broker on the transaction. Essex led an extensive marketing campaign resulting in multiple offers to purchase the property. The property sold to a local investor for $930,000.

9115 W. Cermak Road is a 10-unit multifamily building located on the south side of Cermak Road and across the street from Broadview Village Square, and just south of Hines VA Hospital. The property has been under the same ownership for over 25 years and presented a new owner with a value-add opportunity.
