Jacob Goldstein joined Essex as an Associate in July 2016. Jacob focuses primarily on asset valuation, market research, and transaction management. Additionally, Jacob worked during college as a Leasing Agent for a nationally recognized residential brokerage firm and helped manage a portfolio of Chicago area rental properties. Furthermore, as a commercial real estate intern at Chicagobroker.com, Jacob updated and organized the company broker email database, organized client data, abstracted key client lease data, and assisted brokers in researching properties for various client needs. Outside of work Jacob enjoys boxing, exercising, traveling, and playing guitar.
