Ryan joined Essex as an Associate in 2023 with a primary focus on asset valuation, market research and transaction management. He works alongside Principal Steven Livaditis, Director Jacob Goldstein and fellow Associate Reuben Blackman.

Before joining Essex, Ryan was Vice President of a real estate private lending firm based out of Manhattan which specializes in providing bridge funding to real estate investors throughout the country. He was tasked with overseeing and cultivating a strategic nationwide sales team comprised of real estate agents, private equity firms, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and title agents. Ryan also helps structure and facilitate the financing for his own single family spec development projects throughout the Hamptons NY market. When not at work, Ryan enjoys watching and playing sports, fishing and cooking.
