These transactions include the sale of 8503 S. Drexel Avenue, a 12-Unit apartment building and 9401 S. Ashland Avenue, a 34-unit apartment building. Drexel, built in 1928, features nine one-bedroom/ one-bath units and three two-bedroom/ one-bath units. Ashland, built in 1930, features twelve studio units, sixteen one-bedroom/one-bath units, and six commercial spaces.
