Brian Kochendorfer promoted to managing broker For Essex Realty Group’s investment real estate brokerage

Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced the promotion of managing director Brian Kochendorfer to his new role of managing broker. As Essex recently marked its 30th anniversary, this change marks Essex Realty Group’s leadership’ vision towards future growth. Kochendorfer will replace Doug Imber who will continue to serve as president.

According to Essex Realty Group principal Jim Darrow, “Brian has been instrumental in Essex’ success and has earned the respect of our clients, partners and brokers. His real estate acumen, transactional skills, client focus and collaborative style embody the values that Essex strives to achieve.”

Kochendorfer enters this position with 14 years of brokerage experience. He has led the firm’s suburban team for the last six years and has closed more than $650 million in transactions throughout his career.
