Essex Realty Group Completes $2.57 Million Sale of Bucktown Multifamily Property
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 2163 North Bell Avenue, an eight unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. The recently renovated asset sold for $2,565,000.
