CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Essex Realty Group, LLC is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Chicago Lawn Portfolio, a 68-unit, three-building multifamily portfolio located at 6321–31 S. California Avenue, 6355–57 S. California Avenue, and 6400 S. Fairfield Avenue in Chicago’s Chicago Lawn neighborhood. The portfolio sold to Icarus Investment Group on September 28, 2026, for $5,236,000, or $77,000 per unit.
