Essex Closes Second Rogers Park Deal in a Month

March 11, 2021

Essex Realty Group arranged the sale of 2317-2325 W. Chase Ave., a 12-unit multifamily property located in the North Side’s West Rogers Park neighborhood. The buyer, a local investor in a 1031 exchange, paid approximately $1,675,000, or $139,583 per unit.

President Doug Imber, principal Kate Varde and directors Jaimie Steinher and Dan Shepherd were the brokers on this transaction. The Essex team conducted an extensive marketing campaign resulting in more than 10 property tours and multiple offers.

2317-2325 W. Chase contains a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom apartment units. The units feature radiator heat, hardwood floors, white kitchen appliances, wood cabinetry, and laminate countertops. The property is conveniently located within 0.70 miles of the Rogers Park UP-N Metra Station.

This is the second Rogers Park-area apartment building closed by Essex in the past month, following 7416 N. Rogers Ave. in February.
