CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Essex Realty Group, Inc. team of Doug Imber, Kate Varde, Jaimie Steinher, Dan Shepherd and Rick Ofman have been tapped to sell a three-property, 63-unit, portfolio totaling over $17,000,000.
The owner has held onto the properties for several years and is a local investor. Two of the properties are in Lincoln Square, while the third is in Lincoln Park. The Lincoln Park property, located at 1509-1513 West Fullerton Avenue, is a 10-unit mixed-use property, just west of DePaul University and the Fullerton CTA L line.
The remaining two properties, located at 2600 West Montrose Avenue and 4600 North Lincoln Avenue respectively, are within less than one mile of each other. 2600 West Montrose Avenue is a 26-unit courtyard building, while 4600 North Lincoln Avenue offers 27-units, three of which are commercial spaces. Both properties are within walking distance to Welles and Horner Parks.
4600 North Lincoln Avenue is in a prime retail corridor of Lincoln Square, just down the street from the Lincoln Square Athletic Club, Western CTA L line, several bus stops, and a slew of local businesses and restaurants. One of the retail spaces in the property is home to Fork, a well renowned restaurant that has occupied the space since 2011. 2600 West Montrose Avenue is about seven blocks southwest of 4600 Lincoln Avenue. 2600 West Montrose Avenue’s location is ideal for tenants looking to reap the benefits of living within walking distance to downtown Lincoln Square, while residing in a quieter pocket of the neighborhood.
