Essex Realty Adds New Director with Focus on Near South Side

Essex Realty Group has expanded its footprint on the Near South Side of Chicago with the hiring of new director Horace Grant Jr.

Grant will concentrate primarily on the sales of multifamily and mixed-use investment real estate across the neighborhoods of Hyde Park, Bronzeville and Kenwood. His responsibilities will include asset valuation, market research, analytics, and business development.

Prior to joining Essex, Grant was a top-performing premier ticket sales associate with the Chicago Bulls and later transitioned to real estate in both residential and commercial brokerage.
