Essex Realty adds South Side-focused broker to roster

Essex Realty Group, Inc. expands its footprint on the near south side of Chicago with the hiring of new director, Horace Grant Jr.

Grant will concentrate primarily on the sales of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate located throughout Chicago’s near south side neighborhoods of Hyde Park, Bronzeville and Kenwood. His responsibilities will include asset valuation, market research, analytics, and business development.

Prior to joining Essex, Grant was a top-performing premier ticket sales associate with the Chicago Bulls and later transitioned to real estate in both residential and commercial brokerage. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship.
