Essex Realty brokers sale of two suburban multiunits

Essex Realty Group has announced the sale of 1217 S. Forums Court and 2256 Nichols Road, a pair of multifamily apartment buildings located in Chicago’s northern suburbs.

Essex directors Brian Karmowski and Anthony Citriglia were the brokers on this transaction. This Essex duo conducted an extensive marketing campaign resulting in multiple offers to purchase each property. A local investor purchased the two buildings for a combined total of $1,145,000.

1217 S. Forums Court is a six-unit apartment building located in Wheeling, IL. This low maintenance property is located within the Forums Court Apartment complex which includes two tennis courts, a swimming pool, green space, and an abundance of parking open for residents and their guests.

2256 Nichols Road is a six-unit apartment building located in Arlington Heights. This property is also part of a larger complex called Country Glen Apartments. Both buildings are part of associations that take care of landscaping, snow removal and scavenger.
