Essex Realty Group Brokers Sale of Two Apartment Buildings in Chicago’s Auburn Gresham Neighborhood

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Essex Realty Group, a leading Chicago based multifamily brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the closing of two multifamily properties located in Chicago’s South Side Auburn Gresham neighborhood.

Both properties, located at 1401 W. 80th St. and 7955 S. Paulina St., were sold to a private local investor for $1,600,000.

1401 W. 80th St. featured two studios and eleven two-bedroom units while 7955 S. Paulina St. featured two 1-bedroom units, ten 2-bedroom units, and three 3-bedroom units. Both buildings were fully occupied at the time of the sale.
