Essex Realty Group Brokers the Sale of 13 Units in West Town

1444 West Erie St. is a vintage 13-unit multi-family property located in Chicago’s popular West Town Neighborhood. The property is situated on the northwest corner of Erie and Bishop. The property consists of 13 units and features individual heat and hot water tanks for each unit.

The Sellers, a venture comprised of three partners, have owned the property for over 20 years. In early 2019, the sellers requested Essex to evaluate their property for a possible sale.

Essex put together a strategy to exclusively market the properties to achieve the highest level of interest from our expansive buyer pool.

After 4 weeks of intense marketing, Essex conducted more than 35 property tours and generated 12 offers.

The purchaser paid approximately $2,500,000.
