Essex Realty Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 6615-19 W Lloyd Drive, an 18-unit multifamily property in Worth, IL.

The Property is comprised of (3) 1Bd/1Ba, twelve (12) 2Bd/1Ba, and (3) 3Bd/1Ba units and was converted into condominiums in the mid-2000’s. Although each unit has retained a separate parcel number, the seller had successfully reconstituted 100% of the units back into a rental property.

The Property went under contract within two weeks of listing and the purchase price was $1,159,351.
