5110 N. Glenwood Ave. is a 22-unit vintage, corner walk-up building located at the intersection of Glenwood and Carmen in the heart of Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.

The Seller was a private family who had owned the property since its original construction in 1922. Steve Livaditis and Joe Scheck were hired to exclusively market the property for sale on behalf of the family.

The property had unprecedented features which allowed the offering to gain a great deal of attention from the marketplace. Essex procured over 35 property tours and 10 written offers.

The asset was under contract within two weeks of marketing. The sale price was approximately $4,425,000.
