A team consisting of Steven Livaditis, Brian Karmowski, Brian Kochendorfer, and Troy Beebe of Essex Realty Group, Inc. were hired to exclusively market for sale this beautiful, 10-unit vintage walk-up apartment building located in the West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.

The apartments were extremely spacious, and the units consisted of two-bedroom / one-bath apartments with individual gas forced furnaces and separate hot water tanks. The apartments were also moderately updated with newer kitchens and bathrooms.

Within a 3-week period, Essex Realty Group, Inc. procured over 25 individual property tours, multiple offers, and the property ultimately sold at list price and closed within 45 days.

The sale price was $1,300,000.

The listing agents also represented the purchaser in this transaction.
