The property is in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood and just steps from the “606” Bloomingdale Trail. The unit mix consists of 41 fully renovated apartments comprised of 33 studios and 8 one-bedroom units. The property also features four off-street parking spaces in the rear.

The Seller, a venture of 1627 N Humboldt HHI, LLC purchased the property for $2,780,000 in 2015 and performed an extensive renovation of the property completed in 2017.

The purchaser, 1627 Humboldt LLC, paid approximately $5,350,000. “The property at 1627 N.
