Essex Realty Group Brokers the Sale of 5 Units in Rogers Park

Essex Realty Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 7609 N. Eastlake Terrace, The Beach House Chicago.

The Beach House Chicago is comprised of five 2Bd/2Ba units and is one of only a few remaining lakefront apartment buildings in Chicago.

Doug Imber and Clay Maxfield were exclusively hired to represent the seller in this transaction. Essex procured over 15 tours and multiple written offers within the first two weeks of marketing. The property was under contract within 3 weeks. The property sold for $1,600,000 (95% of list price), the highest per unit multi-family sale Rogers Park of 2018.

The purchaser, an affiliate of Becovic Management Group, was attracted to the property’s unobstructed lakefront views, newly remodeled apartments with 1:1 parking, and private beach access.
