4201 W. Hirsch St. is a 6-unit brick, corner walkup building at the corner of Hirsch and Keeler in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago.

The property was vacant at sale and the buyer plans on renovating all of the apartments. Essex procured multiple offers and the property sold at list price.

The sale price was approximately $400,000.
