4500 W. Fullerton Ave. is a 36-unit mixed-use property in Chicago’s Hermosa neighborhood. The Property is currently comprised of four (4) commercial spaces and an apartment mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units.

Recent updates to the Property include fully renovated units and common areas in 2016, new 1200 amp electric service, a newly constructed new laundry room, new lentils (some new windows), a new security system, and extensive landscaping.

Neighborhood life in Hermosa is anchored by Hermosa Park, located on North Kilbourn Avenue near the northern edge of the community. Most of the neighborhood’s population reside along quiet, tree-lined streets that primarily consist of single-family homes. Hermosa’s housing market also extends to the busier main streets where vintage lofts and apartments are situated above commercial businesses.

The sale price was approximately $4,335,000.
