The Portage Theater Apartments, 4044-4060 N. Milwaukee Ave., are located in the heart of Chicago’s Portage Park neighborhood. The property consists of thirty-four (34) apartments and four (4) fully leased commercial spaces totaling 5,460 SF. All the apartments and storefronts were fully renovated in 2017.

The sale price was approximately $6,300,000.
