Essex Realty Group, Inc. Expands Team with New Hire Russell Tillery

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Multi-family brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced that it is expanding one of its brokerage teams with the addition of associate, Russell Tillery.

Tillery joins the team of Brian Mond, Erica Trejo, and Joe Kahlhammer. In this role, he will serve as a financial analyst, focusing on asset valuation of multifamily properties on Chicago’s south side, as well as business development.

In discussing the new hire, Brian Mond said, “We are excited to have Russell on the team. We have known Russell for nearly a year now and knew he would be an excellent fit for both the team and company. His prior experience provides him with the skills necessary to excel in multifamily brokerage.”

Prior to joining Essex, Tillery worked for a boutique brokerage specializing in various product types, including land, retail, multifamily and office. He graduated from Concordia University and earned two master’s degrees in from the University of St. Francis. Outside of work, Russell enjoys going on hikes and training his dog.
