Essex Realty Group, Inc. Promotes Matt Feo to Managing Director

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS– Essex Realty Group, Inc., a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the promotion of Matt Feo to the position of Managing Director.

Since joining Essex in 2017, Matt has worked alongside Abe Eilian, Brian Keegan, and Drake Orser, playing a key role in the completion of more than $400 million in investment sales transactions.

“Matt has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill, and leadership throughout his tenure at Essex since he began as an intern in 2016,” says Essex President Brian Kochendorfer. “In addition to his outstanding contributions as a top broker in his market, Matt has also shown a commitment to bringing innovative ideas and helping others in the company to help drive our growth.”

Prior to joining Essex, Matt attended Marquette University graduating with a B.S. in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing. Matt is currently active in several professional organizations throughout Chicago including The Edgewater Uptown Builders Association, The Rogers Park Builders Group, REIA, and Midtown Athletic Club.
