Essex Realty Group’s Recent Additions to the Suburban Team

Essex Realty Group, Inc. is pleased to announce they have recently hired Derek Kaptanoglu and Anthony Citriglia. Derek and Anthony will focus on multifamily transactions in the suburban market.

Derek is originally from the San Francisco Bay area and came to Essex from Starboard Commercial Real Estate. During his tenure, Derek primarily represented a variety of local and nation clients in the leasing of retail and office space.

Anthony most recently worked at @Properties Commercial where he specialized across multiple asset classes including multifamily, retail, and hospitality.
