Chicago based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. recently brokered the sale of three multifamily buildings, 3327 N. Sheffield Avenue located in Wrigleyville, 3415 N. Seminary Avenue located in Lakeview, and 2735 N. Magnolia Avenue located in Lincoln Park.

Essex Directors Abe Eilian and Matt Feo were hired to exclusively market 3327 N. Sheffield Avenue, a four-unit multifamily property, for sale. The Essex team completed an extensive marketing campaign resulting in 14 property tours and multiple offers. A local investor purchased the property for $1,275,000, which equates to $318,750 per unit.

Just a few blocks northwest of 3327 N. Sheffield Avenue sits 3415 N. Seminary Avenue, a five-unit multifamily property. A local investor hired the Essex team comprised of Doug Imber, Kate Varde, Jaimie Steinher, and Dan Shepherd to exclusively market the property for sale. After an extensive marketing campaign resulting in more than five offers, the property sold to a local investor for $1,050,000.

Finally, 2735 N. Magnolia Avenue is a six-unit multifamily property comprised of a four flat and a rear two-unit coach house. After an extensive marketing campaign resulting in 14 property tours and five offers, the property sold to a local investor for $1,130,000.
