On May 17^th, Essex Realty Group’s Principal and Director Jim Darrow will serve as moderator for the Real Estate Investment Association’s Multi-Family: State of the State panel discussion in Chicago. He welcomes your input on topics for the discussion that you feel are important to today’s Multi-Family market.

The multi-family market has been on a meteoric rise since the great recession, but investors are starting to wonder: Will prices continue to rise? Are concessions here to stay?
