Essex Realty Group has arranged the sale of Ellsworth Station a 39-unit property in Naperville, Ill. The brokerage firm‘s President Doug Imber and Principal Kate Varde worked on behalf of the seller, a private investor, and Principal Doug Fisher, Directors Abe Eilian and Matt Feo represented the buyer, a 1031 exchange investor. The property was listed for $15.7 million.

Located at 320 N. Ellsworth St., in the Naperville Historic District, the property is roughly 3 miles from Naperville’s downtown and 31 miles from Chicago. The community is situated across the street from Burlington Square Park and the Naperville BNSF Railway Line Metra station. Additionally, the property is around a 10-minute walk from restaurants and shopping options, including Vom Fass and the Banana Republic.

Completed in 2018, the community encompasses one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, featuring keyless entry, open floorplans, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances and in-unit washers. Property amenities include two fitness rooms, a community room and heated garage parking.

Earlier this month, the brokerage firm facilitated the sale of a 22-unit building operating as an apartment hotel, in Chicago. The company worked on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.
