Logan Square Apartment Portfolio Hits the Market

Essex Realty Group has been retained to sell a 68-unit portfolio in three corner apartment buildings located at the corner of Cortland Street and Whipple Street in the North Side’s Logan Square neighborhood. The portfolio is offered for sale at a combined price of $13,450,000 or may be acquired as individual properties.

“The ‘Cortland Corner’ presents an investor with a rare opportunity to acquire immediate scale in this highly sought-after market,” said Jordan Multack, Essex director and listing agent for the properties. Multack and Essex principal Jordan Gottlieb are representing the seller, a local investor.

The offering includes 15 units at 3023 W. Cortland St., 24 units at 3043 W. Cortland St. and 29 units at 3048 W. Cortland St. All three buildings are comprised primarily of one- and two-bedroom layouts. The portfolio also includes a parking lot with 10 parking spaces.
