Essex Realty Group Promotes Teddy Drake to Senior Analyst

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Essex Realty Group, a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced the promotion of Teddy Drake to Senior Analyst.

Drake joined Essex in 2024 as an Analyst and works alongside Doug Imber, Kate Varde, Rick Ofman, and Tim Kavanaugh.

Over the course of her tenure, she has contributed to nearly $170 million in transactions encompassing approximately 790 units, with a primary focus on Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods

Drake attended Michigan State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with dual minors in Business and Leadership of Organizations.

In her new role as Senior Analyst, Teddy will continue her focus in asset valuation and market research but will also now have more transaction management responsibilities.
