858 N. Wood is a 10-unit on the corner of Wood and Iowa streets. Just southwest of this property is the 14-unit 1856 W. Chicago Ave.

The portfolio is listed for sale by Essex principal Jordan Gottlieb and director Jordan Multack.“West Town is one of Chicago’s fastest-growing submarkets and these two properties offer a chance for immediate scale in a neighborhood where density is hard to come by,” Multack said.
