CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 930 W. Winona St., a 64-unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood.

Representation and Coordinated Financing
