Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, Essex Realty Group, LLC, announced the sale of two apartment buildings, totaling 87 units, in Oak Park:212 S. Oak Park Ave. and 37 Harrison St. Essex Principal Brian Karmowskii represented both the buyer and the seller of the transaction.

Both buildings feature Oak Park’s signature historic architecture with vintage detail and have been well-maintained by former ownership. 212 S. Oak Park Ave. was built in 1928 and consists of 51 apartment units while 37 Harrison St. was built in 1926 and is comprised of 36 units.
