Essex Adds Three Associates to Their Team

Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced recently announced three new hires: Associate Mariano Mollo, Associate Joe Levie, and Associate Jordan Pessah.

Mariano joins the team of Brian Karmowski, Derek Kaptanoglu, Anthony Citriglia and Karla Galva. In this role, he will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the western suburbs. Mariano recently graduated from University of South Carolina with a degree in finance and real estate, along with a concentration in business analytics.

Joe joins the team of Brian Mond and Erica Trejo. In this role, he will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout Chicago’s South Side. Prior to joining Essex, Joe worked as a zoning and permitting specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and later acquired a master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Jordan joins the team of Steve Livaditis, Jacob Goldstein, and Reuben Blackman. In this role, he will focus on asset valuation, market research, and business development. Before joining Essex, Jordan worked in the financial services industry, where he developed economic assumptions and constructed complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business care analysis.
