Essex Markets Multifamily Duo in Ukrainian Village

Essex Realty Group is marketing two multifamily properties within approximately one-half mile of each other in Ukrainian Village on Chicago’s Near West Side, 2331 W. Superior St. and 2601 W. Augusta Blvd. The firm’s Jordan Gottlieb and Jordan Multack have listed the properties at a combined $4.9 million.

Situated on the south side of Superior Street, the 14-unit 2331 W. Superior features vintage apartment units with individual heat and shared laundry in the basement. A few blocks northwest of 2331 W. Superior sits 2601 W. Augusta, a 13-unit multifamily building with a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. An investor may renovate with new kitchen and bathroom finishes and possibly further modify the units to include laundry in-unit and new individual HVAC.
