The Property is located at 156-364 Mayfield Avenue in the northwest Indiana suburb of Valparaiso, which affords tenants easy access to many of Valparaiso’s amenities including Valparaiso University, which is situated one quarter mile west of the property.

The City of Valparaiso is in Porter County, IN and is a vibrant suburb that has much to offer those who reside in the city. Among its numerous shopping areas, downtown Central Park Plaza, and the Porter County Regional Airport, Valparaiso is also home to Valparaiso University’s main campus. Ranked as one of the top schools in the Midwest, this Division 1 university enrolls over 6,000 students and employs over 350 faculty.

The sale price was approximately $2,650,000.
