Essex Realty Group expands team with new hire

Local commercial real estate brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. expands its brokerage team with the addition of new associate, Brian Keegan.

Keegan joins the team led by directors Abe Eilian and Matt Feo. In this role he will concentrate primarily on the sales of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate. Responsibilities include asset valuation, market research and analytics, and business development throughout the Chicagoland area. “We are very excited to have Brian join Essex” explains Abe Eilian. He continues, “Brian’s thoughtful approach and problem-solving skills, along with his deep understanding of building infrastructure and project development, make him an extremely valuable addition to our team.”

Prior to joining Essex, Keegan worked for a local retail real estate developer as a project manager. He graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
