Matt Feo joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. in 2017 after earning his B.S. degree in Commercial Real Estate & Marketing from Marquette University’s College of Business. As a Managing Director, Matt has cultivated strong relationships with many of the most active housing providers on Chicago’s north side. He focuses on assisting clients with portfolio strategy, property valuations, acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031 exchanges for multifamily investment real estate.

Specializing in properties valued at $2 million and above, Matt has become one of Chicago’s most active multifamily brokers, contributing to the successful completion of over $500 million in investment real estate transactions throughout his career.

Outside of brokerage, Matt resides in Evanston with his wife, Melinda, their son, Bennett, and their dog, Milo. He is a long-time regular at Midtown Athletic Club, a former gigging and studio musician, and also owns and operates his own apartment portfolio.
