Ted Romas joined Essex Realty Group, LLC in 2026 as an Associate, focusing on multifamily property valuations, market analysis, and transaction execution throughout the Chicagoland market.

Prior to Essex, Ted served as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at EXACT Sports, where he led revenue strategy, structured partnerships, and negotiated high-value agreements.

Outside of brokerage, Ted manages his own apartment portfolio and is active in his local community through neighborhood clean-up initiatives. He also enjoys golfing and going all-out for Halloween.
