Michael joined Essex Realty Group as an Associate in 2026, specializing in multifamily property valuations, market analysis, and transaction execution throughout Chicago’s Northside. He works closely with clients to provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance, helping investors identify and capitalize on opportunities across the city’s multifamily market.

Prior to joining Essex, Michael worked in residential real estate all throughout the Chicagoland area where he developed extensive knowledge of the area’s submarkets, housing trends, and investment landscape. Through years of working with clients across a wide range of multifamily properties, he gained valuable experience evaluating assets, understanding market fundamentals, and identifying opportunities within Chicago’s diverse submarkets.

Michael lives in Logan Square where he enjoys creating and performing music, building vintage-inspired custom furniture, and supporting the Chicago Bulls despite their recent performance.
