Associate Ted Romas Joins Essex Realty Group

As an Associate, Ted Romas focuses on multifamily property valuations, market analysis, and transaction execution throughout the Chicagoland market.

Prior to joining Essex, Ted served as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at EXACT Sports, where he led revenue strategy, structured partnerships, and negotiated high-value agreements.

In addition to his brokerage work, Ted manages his own apartment portfolio and remains active in his local community through neighborhood initiatives. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in psychology from Adler University.

Marketing Associate Jillian Enger Strengthens Brand and Content Strategy

As a Marketing Associate, Jillian Enger supports the firm’s brand presence through digital marketing initiatives, social media management, content development, and coordinated campaign execution.

Prior to joining Essex Realty Group, Jillian worked in the residential real estate industry as a Marketing Specialist, where she focused on social media content and digital campaign management.

Jillian graduated from Illinois State University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication.
