Essex Realty Group, Inc. Expands Team With Rick Ofman

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Multi-Family brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced that it has hired industry veteran Rick Ofman.

According to Essex Principal Kate Varde, “Rick’s acumen, ethics, client focus and team approach are a perfect fit for Essex. We are incredibly fortunate and excited to work with him.”

Prior to joining Essex, Ofman worked at a Chicagoland multifamily brokerage where he facilitated the sale of over $140M in multifamily real estate sales. He graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with a degree in Psychology and distinction for his research in neuropsychology. Rick transitioned into Real Estate after years of teaching on the North Side of Chicago. Today he is an active member of the Rogers Park Builder Group and Edgewater Uptown Builders Association.
