Essex Realty Group Suburban Team Expands with New Hire Jimmy Donahue

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS– Multi-family brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced that it is expanding its suburban brokerage team with the addition of associate, Jimmy Donahue. Donahue joins the team of Brian Karmowski, Anthony Citriglia, Mariano Mollo, Karla Galva, and William Crossen. In this role, he will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the South and West suburbs.

In discussing the new hire, Brian Karmowski said, “Essex and the suburban team are thrilled to have Jimmy join the firm. His track record and experience will be a significant addition to the team as we work to further establish our presence in the Chicagoland market and better serve our clients.”

Prior to joining Essex, Donahue spent two years selling multifamily properties at the nation’s largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage. Jimmy also spent four years in management consulting, where he helped corporate clients improve their financial performance and operational efficiency.

Donahue earned his degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. “Essex has established itself as a leader in the Chicagoland brokerage community, and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s success and my suburban team’s track record.
