5355 N. Damen is an 11-unit apartment building that was renovated in the late 2000s. It’s listed for sale at $2,350,000 by the Essex team of Rick Ofman, Doug Imber, Kate Varde, Jaimie Steinher and Dan Shepherd.

The team is also marketing 1401 W. Highland, a 12-unit apartment building just steps from Loyola University’s main campus, also renovated in the late 2000s. The asking price is $2,850,000.
