Essex Realty Group has listed a 27-unit portfolio in two corner apartment buildings a block from each other in the North Side’s Edgewater neighborhood. The portfolio is offered for sale at a combined price of $5,819,000 or may be acquired as individual properties.

Nicknamed the Loyola Portfolio for its proximity to Loyola University, the offering includes 13 units at 1214-24 W. Rosemont Ave. and 14 units at 6257 N.
