The transaction marks the first time the property has changed hands since it was built in 1977. The portfolio consists of seven well-maintained buildings along Catalina Drive, Willowood Court, and Sycamore Court, providing the buyer with immediate scale in one of Cook County’s most stable suburban rental markets.
