It is hard to believe that Essex is celebrating our 35th Anniversary.

One of our favorite traditions is providing these Neighborhood Reports, which grew from our refusal to discard any rent rolls, proposals, or marketing packages. Of course, now it feels like we have a Data Center’s amount of historic market information. Frankly, these Neighborhood Reports are really just our way of compiling and sharing the information that the market has shared with us.

We acknowledge that the past is not always a predictor of the future. Moreover, the true beauty of this trove may be limited just to our fellow real estate junkies!

Lastly, we realize the market relies on the brokerage community principally for deal flow, and we try our best in that regard. However, we also strive to be a valuable source of current granular data, as well as to be a tracker of longer-term trends.
