Roselle Station Center, 610 Irving Park Rd., is a 30,614 square foot multi-tenant retail center in Roselle, IL. This extremely well-maintained center has experienced high-historical occupancy as most of the property is occupied by long-term tenants.

The property is located directly adjacent to the Roselle Metra Station which provides service between Elgin and downtown Chicago and because of this, smaller retailers prospered in this location and the center served as a true service-oriented property.

Essex Realty Group was able to generate multiple offers and the property ultimately closed to an all-cash buyer within 45-days of contract.

The sale price was approximately $3,000,000.
