Brian Keegan joined Essex in 2021 and focuses on Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Investment Sales throughout the North and Northwest Sides of Chicago. He has been involved in the sale and transaction of more than $55 million of investment property, across 23 separate assets. In addition to brokerage, he serves as the current leading Director of YREP Chicago – a 3,000 member organization that seeks to create opportunities for young people in real estate to network with each other and to hear from leaders within the Real Estate Industry.

Prior to joining Essex, Brian worked for a Chicago-based ground-up real estate development firm, where he managed more than $30 million of active construction/development projects. In his free time – you may find him at a local softball game, on the golf course, or doing anything else that gets him outside.
