Jesus Garcia joined Essex Realty Group, LLC in 2025, focusing on multifamily investment sales throughout the Southwest Side of Chicago. With experience as both an owner and a broker, he offers clients a well-rounded perspective on property operations and strategies for value creation.

Before joining Essex, Jesus worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he specialized in mid-market multifamily assets and advised investors across the Chicagoland area.

Beyond brokerage, Jesus has built a background in healthcare data analytics, sharpening his skills in underwriting and market research.

He is fluent in Spanish and has developed strong relationships within Chicago’s Spanish-speaking ownership community.

In pursuit of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, he continues to deepen his expertise in commercial investment real estate.

Jesus lives in Lincoln Park and, in his free time, enjoys working on classic cars, practicing archery at the Lincoln Park Archery Club, exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, and spending time with family and friends.
